FASCINATED BY FLAT SCREEN HDTVI can't believe that Singaporean are fascinated by several flat screen HDTVs that was displayed.
Yes, that was the sight that greeted me when I decided to go to Tampines Mall's toilet. Seriously, I thought they were looking at something so fascinating but instead it's just a normal TV that you can find at Courts or Best Denki.
And as for me, I was fascinated by the crowd who were admiring the beautiful HDTVs on display. Hehe. Though I have no proof of that, but believe me, you should have been there. They were looking at the TV as if they saw a popular artiste. Wakakaka.
FYI, my practicum starts this Thursday and I am posted to Temasek Polytechnic Learning Vision. Wah. I'm going back to TP!!!!

We received a shocking news. My uncle, who is my father's brother, he was the second last child of the family just passed away. It was just a week ago that we visited you and your adopted mom at your home. You look way older than your age in which I guess might be 50 years old. You look way older than my dad who is turning 59 years old this year.I was shocked on how old you looked. My parents said, you look that way because you take too much drugs in your life time. I guess, you have never stopped taking it. I guess, you never think who will take care of your old and sick god-mother who have taken care of you of the past 50 years that you were born if you were away.
Seven days ago, you were not standing upright. My dad asked you, "Kau sakit ke apa. Ashim?" And you said, "A'h bang, yang kelmarin masuk hospital, tulang patah." Then my dad gave you some money.
Though, I rarely see you except during Hari Raya, from what I heard by my parents, you have never asked money from people. Even if you were desperate to take drugs and have no money or even if you were sick, you have never asked people for money. You never want people to trouble themselves. That's the kind of person you were.
I didn't expect that last Wednesday was the last time that we will see you. Otw back from your house, my family discussed about you, on how sick and old you looked. Even your adopted mother teased that you can become her husband because you looked as old as her, in which I guess her age is ard 80+.
Eventhough, I have never been closed to him or know him that well. I feel sad. Afterall, he's my father's brother.
When I received the news, I was shocked, speechless. And suddenly, I just broke down into tears.
I guess, drugs destroyed your life. You will be missed, Pak Asim.

OMG!I was looking at my timetable and I just realised...School will end in 13 days minus weekends. Meaning my practicum will start soon! Argghh!
Reality check! I have too many assignment to finish that I can't keep track of how many assignments left. And on top of that, during practicum, I still have to do my assignments.
How am I going to manage that? All right, we'll see. Now, I want to finish up my lesson plan.
P.S Can I just knock my head on the wall?
